Seville travel and cuisines

Just like another Andalusian tourist destination, Seville is one the top favorite tourist destination. Not just the place possessed with nice views, monuments, museums, parks and garden, festivals but the most important that the place has is the tradition food that marks in the history of the province of Andalusia, as well as the Spanish country.

Seville’s cooking, although very much Spanish, is heavily influenced by the Moorish tradition. Seville has for centuries been praised as the place to go for the original Andalusian diet which is simple to prepare, light and surprisingly tasty. Some of the best  know dishes are Gazpacho, the famous cold soup made with bread, tomato, cucumber, garlic, olive oil, paprica and vinegar, Pascaito frito, a deep fried breaded fish in olive oil.

Seville too is known for Tapas. Mostly “tapa” is available in Restaurantes Sevilla or bars. Some of the most preferred tapas include tortilla Espanola, pulpo gallego, aceitunas, patatas bravas  and queso manchego. For the vegetarian, some great place that serve no fish or tune or any kind of meat. There are may restaurant that you can enjoy good selection of vegetarian foods and tapas.

Travel is always tied with food trip. It is the gesture of experiencing the taste of country’s tradition and culture.
