Validation error after logging in

I started writing a forum entry, realized I wasn't logged in, and logged in via another tab. Now the started-as-anon entry complains "Validation error, please try again. If this error persists, please contact the site administrator." if I try to preview/submit it.

It seems that it doesn't recover well from the whole-log-in-in-another-window trick that Mediawiki doesn't usually mind. You need to cut&paste your stuff into a new window (ie one you opened after you logged in).

Drupal 6, due at the end of the summer, does an overhaul of the session management that should make it kinder...
