Swiss speeding ticket payment procedure

In my US mail I received a speeding ticket of 180chf. The citation and payment info was in French and I have question on how to pay (personal check, credit card,or bank transfer). Anyone out there that handled this matter in the past.

I alos recommend you call them and have them ensure the charge went through.
